REGISTRATION

HOW TO TAKE PART IN THE CEREMONY

You have received an invitation at your personal email address and at your @kedgebs email address with the link to the registration site.
You MUST register online before midnight on the 31 of august. After that date, we will no longer be able to confirm your participation and guarantee you access to the ceremony.

You must give the full names and email addresses of guests when you register.
The invitation is valid for two guests per graduate. This is due to the limited number of seats in the Palais du Pharo

If you would like additional seats for your companions, please contact the graduates who will not be using their quota of 2 seats per graduate. You can then collect their QR code and present them on the day of the ceremony.
For your information, QR codes are linked to a graduate; if the graduate doesn't show up, the QR codes linked to him or her won't work.

Children are welcome at the graduation ceremonies.
However, please note that these events can last several hours and may feel long for younger children.

Children aged 14 or under do not need a QR code to access the ceremony.
From the age of 15, they are considered additional guests (see the FAQ for more information on guest policy).
We reserve the right to request proof of age at the entrance to verify eligibility.

If your accompanying persons need a visa to attend the ceremony, you can obtain an official invitation letter from KEDGE.
To do this, please send an email to diplomesmarseille@kedgebs.com, specifying the following information:
  • A copy of your ID
  • Your program
  • Your campus
  • The full names of your accompanying persons (maximum 2)
A letter will be sent to you to assist with your procedure with the consular authorities.

After registration, the "Register" tab will become your personal account. In this tab, you will find the information you have completed about yourself and your guests, and you will be able to modify the information about your guests.
Please note that you cannot modify your personal information.

Under your Account tab, you will find the information you have filled in about yourself and your guests, plus an option to cancel your registration. Please note that this will also cancel your guest(s) registration.

COLLECTING MY DIPLOMA

ON THE DAY OF THE CEREMONY, HOW DO I COLLECT MY DIPLOMA?

You can collect your diploma during the drinks reception at the end of the ceremony. You MUST HAVE PROOF OF IDENTITY with you, otherwise it will not be given to you.
NOTE: The certificate given on stage during the ceremony is not an official document and does not constitute your diploma.

Please remember that your diploma is a one-off document that cannot be re-issued or duplicated. Therefore, we suggest you keep photocopies as well as a digital version (scan).
No diplomas will be sent before the 27 of september but you may apply now.
If you have problems accessing your @kedgebs account, please contact IT support: 0801 802 345.

Yes, this person must come with a copy of your ID, their own ID and a note signed by you.
